Local produce you won’t find on the supermarket shelf returned to Metfield this month. The farmers’ market at the village hall featured homemade preserves, cordials, pies, cards and a cake stall from the Friends of Fressingfield Primary School. Monthly regulars also include meat, fish and plants. The next market is March 7, running 9am-noon at the village hall.
