Leon Moore steps down as manager of Thurlow Nunn League First Division North side Debenham LC
Leon Moore has decided that the time is right for him to resign as manager of Debenham LC.
The former Stowmarket Town coach took charge of the Hornets in September 2017 and he guided the club to a seventh-placed finish in the Thurlow Nunn League First Division last term.
However, after winning back-to-back games against Ipswich Wanderers on Boxing Day and Felixstowe & Walton United Reserves on Saturday, Moore has opted to stand down from his post with Debenham 11th in the First Division North.
"It is the right time to step away. It is not a decision I have taken lightly but this is the best decision," he said.
"There have been a lot of ups and downs during my time at the club but on the whole I have thoroughly enjoyed it."
Moore also confirmed that he is looking to return to management in the near future.
