A11 collision near Attleborough closes road for several hours as a man in his 30's is airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital




A man has been airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital with serious injuries after a collision on the southbound carriageway of the A11 yesterday afternoon.

The incident, which happened at around 3.25pm between Attleborough and Spooner Row, involved a black Mini Cooper and a motorcycle.

Norfolk Police and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were called to the scene and the injured motorcyclist - a man in his 30s, was transported to the hospital.

Police reopened the A11 at around 6pm yesterday.
