PB Recruitment Solutions supplies labour from all across the country on a temporary and permanent basis.

Previously based in Attleborough, the firm is set to open a second branch in Diss with a team of four.

Branch manager Justine Wright said: “We wanted the new branch to be in a rural area.

“We could’ve gone to Norwich, but that just didn’t feel right to us. Diss is a busy town and we have clients who live here, so it is easy for them to come to see us.”

The business is part of the CM Agriculture Group and was founded in 2016 by Tom Pearson and Dale Bowden to try to address a skills and staff shortage in the industries.

PB Recruitment supplies staff mainly into farms and hatcheries across the UK.

“The matching process for us is where our team gets satisfaction from,” said Justine, who has been with the firm for one year.

“When people first come to see us, they tell us their stories and it’s a bit like hand-holding them through the process.

“We enjoy finding the right role for a person and matching them with a company.”

PB Recruitment Solutions is hoping to expand further over the next 12 months, and could venture into nursing and offer more permanent jobs in the future.

Joining Justine at Diss will be Anna Kurtova, Heather Joslin and Emma Aldridge. The new branch will open in Wills Yard on January 2.
