Horticultural business Peter Beales Roses has unveiled two specially-commissioned roses which it plans to launch during the Chelsea Flower Show taking place this May.

The company, which is based out of London Road, Attleborough, has announced the ‘Stamford’s Sanctuary’, a yellow modern climbing rose commemorating the centenary of the First World War, and the ‘Perse Rose’, a deep pink shrub rose which marks the 400th anniversary of the Perse School in Cambridge.

Ian Limmer, Peter Beales nursery manager, said: “It is our hope that these two beautiful roses serve as a living reminder for future generations.”
