It is off to Birmingham for pupils of Hempnall Primary School after a grant of £250 from South Norfolk Council.
The pupils are set to represent Norfolk at a concert in the Midlands, commemorating the centenary of the end of the First World War.
The council awarded the school funds from its First World War grant scheme to allow pupils to take part in Lest We Forget - The National Children's WW1 Remembrance Concert taking place on November 3.
The concert features a choir of 2,000 children, dressed to resemble two giant remembrance poppies.
Council chairman John Overton said: "It is important young people understand the importance of this centenary."
