Staff at a Diss estate agency are celebrating after being named as a top performing branch – with promotions for the entire team.

William H Brown in Mere Street was among the top 10 best performing branches in the Connells Group network of nearly 600 offices based around the UK in 2018.

The accomplishment was announced at the company’s annual conference at the end of January and was attributed to the team’s skill, hard work and exceptional levels of customer service.

Branch partner Katherine MacKenzie said: “This is a wonderful achievement and we are incredibly proud to be named one of the business’ top performing branches.

“As well as this award, each member of the team is also celebrating being recently promoted for their hard work and dedication over the past 12 months.

“We are all very proud of our promotions and, ultimately, our position within the top 10 offices, which recognises both our customer service and strong team in the branch.”

Diss was the ninth most profitable office within the whole of the Connells Group, which is due to a continuous demand for property which outstrips the supply in the area and a strong number of first-time buyers.
