Borrer signs on at Harleston
Harleston Town have pulled off a transfer coup with the addition of Sam Borrer.
The midfielder, who captained Norfolk Under-18s to glory in the FA County Youth Cup seven years ago, has arrived at the newly-promoted Thurlow Nunn League First Division North club from Step 4 outfit Dereham Town.
Boss Adam Gusterson said of Borrer, who also had a spell with Lowestoft Town last term: "We are delighted to have secured the signing of Sam.
"He is a player who has real quality and we are thrilled he has chosen to play his football for us this season.
"Knowing Sam as we do from playing with him at Dereham he is a top lad as well as a top player and he will fit into our changing room as well as on the pitch. This is really important as we head into our debut season at Thurlow Nunn level."
