A143 collision update: Man in his 20s arrested and woman has life threatening injuries after A143 collision
Norfolk Police have appealed for information after a crash on the A143 near Scole yesterday morning.
The incident happened at around 9.30am near the junction to Kiln Lane, leading to the road being closed, with police and an air ambulance attending
The collision involved a white Ford transit van, a blue Fiat 500, a grey Ford Focus and a black Ford Galaxy.
The driver of the Fiat 500, a woman in her 50s, was taken to Addenbrooke's hospital, where her injuries are now described as "life threatening."
A man in his 20's has been arrested and taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning.
The other drivers suffered minor injuries and the road was reopened at around 6pm yesterday.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, the manner of driving of any vehicle prior to the collision, or any one with dashcam footage to come forward.
