Alex was thin and weak when she was discovered in the garden of a cottage, but has now recovered from her ordeal. She has put on weight and her lovely fur is soft and shiny once more.
However, she has a touch of arthritis, possibly due to exposure to inclement conditions. Alex now needs a comfortable and warm environment with an understanding owner. Although she is not particularly active, Alex would like to have access to a garden.
The arthritis makes grooming difficult so she will benefit from regular brushing. She would be happier in a quiet home with older children, where she is the only pet.
