Norfolk Senior Cup draw hands Diss Town a home encounter
The draw for the second round of this season's Ashtons Legal Norfolk Senior Cup has handed Diss Town a home tie against lower-league opposition.
Bradenham Wanderers, who play a level below the Tangerines in the Anglian Combination Premier Division, will visit Brewers Green Lane next month.
It has been a tough start to the 2020/21 campaign for Wanderers, with their return of four points from 10 outings seeing them currently occupy last place.
Elsewhere, Harleston Town will once again renew acquaintances with Diss' league rivals Fakenham Town.
Harleston were beaten on penalties by the Ghosts at the semi-final stage back in 2017, although they did gain some revenge by winning last season's meeting between the pair.
Long Stratton have been handed a home tie against Anglian Combination Division One leaders Heacham, while Scole United's reward for their 7-1 first-round win over Watton United at the weekend is a trip to Norwich CBS of the Thurlow Nunn League First Division North.
As for East Harling, they have been dealt a trip to take on the students of UEA.
