More than a thousand people turned out for two local events last weekend.
The White Hart in Roydon hosted a record-breaking 800 people at its Summer Festival, while the Family Fun Day at Scole Community Centre also proved popular
“This was out best year yet,” said Bethany Hyde, one of the organisers for the White Hart event.
The event saw families enjoy a hog roast, face painting, a glitter bar and Ukele Simon, amongst other activities.
Meanwhile families who visited Scole, enjoyed a host of activities, including plant and craft stalls, face painting, remote control car racing, a football shootout and a bouncy castle.
