Nielsen Design in Diss opens new Hopper Way showroom




A company, which was founded nearly 25 years ago, has unveiled a new showroom in Diss.

Nielsen, which produces readymade German picture frames and offers a printing service for business and personal needs, has unveiled the new space on Diss Business Park.

The business, which was formerly part of the American NGB Home Group, moved its UK operations from
Park Royal in London to Diss in 2010, with the company also having two other sites in France and Germany.

Company director Richard Niemann said: “We are thrilled to open our frame shop and printing service to the public and look forward to welcoming the people of Diss and the surrounding area.

“Whether you are a professional photographer, artist, small business, or an individual looking to enhance your home or office, our new in-house service makes high-quality printing and framing fast and convenient.

“With our state-of-the-art printer and precision-cut German frames, we can offer same-day solutions to
support the creative and commercial needs of our community.”

Helmar Nielsen founded the business in Townsend, Tennessee, in 1971, before partnering with German entrepreneur Rainer Mönchmeier a decade later.

The Nielsen showroom on Diss Business Park, in Hopper Way, is open from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 1pm.
