Diss Dental Health Care, in Mount Street, is acepting new NHS patients, it has announced

A dentist is accepting new NHS patients, it has announced.

Diss Dental Health Centre, in Mount Street, made the announcement today.

It said: “For a very limited time we are able to accept new NHS patients.

“We have very limited appointments available and these are offered on a first come first serve basis.

“If you are a new patient and would like to book an appointment please come to the practice and complete a Medical History Form - this must be completed and handed to a receptionist by Friday June 20.”

The dentists added: “Very limited appointments are available and these will be booked in the week commencing Monday June 23.

“Adults over the age of 18 years must complete their own Medical Form. This must be done in the practice. We cannot send these online.”

Opening hours to complete the forms are between 8:30am and 13:00pm & 14:00pm and 17:00pm.

The surgery added: “We look forward to welcoming you to the practice”
