Town centre flats get the go-ahead

Plans have been approved to turn the upper floor of a town centre office building into flats.

South Norfolk Council has approved converting the second-floor of Navire House, at the junction of Mere Street and Park Road in Diss, into two flats, on the condition that measures are taken to mitigate the impact of noise on future residents from the lower commercial premises.
