Legal action was taken by the Saffron Trust last Friday to force the man to move from grassland, next to the homes in Thomas Manning Road.

The trust, who look after the accommodation, which includes 23 bungalows, went to court, after the man, said to be in his 30s, had camped there for over a month.

During this time, he also covered the tent with slogans and writing using white paint.

It is understood that Diss town council and police are in discussions, after the man's relocation to the park.
