Spooner Row homes plan refused

Planning permission to build seven homes in Spooner Row has been refused because the site was outside the village’s development boundary.

Another reason for South Norfolk Council’s refusal was the impact on 1 Cantley Villas, in Station Road. The proposed site was behind the property and planning officers thought there would be unacceptable noise disturbance and visual blight caused by the homes.
