If I was in the habit of making New Year resolutions, I would like to see South Norfolk Council develop an effective evaluation structure with the community, that want to take forward self help projects under the council’s aims of empowering and localism.
The council has a structure of enforcement with the community to develop self help resources. This has been found to be lacking in many ways and does not work. This gives the impression the council only wants to pay lip-service to their government’s aims.
Am I wrong?
