Police appeal for witnesses after parked car collision in Kenninghall




Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Kenninghall yesterday, where a BMW collided with a parked car.

The incident happened in Garboldisham Road, near the junction with Crown Meadow, at 12.35pm, where a black BMW car travelling from the direction of Kenninghall was involved in a collision with a parked white Mercedes Vito.

The BMW driver, a man aged in his 90s, suffered serious chest injuries and was taken to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.

A male passenger in the same car suffered serious abdominal injuries and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the driving manner of the black BMW car. They’re also keen to hear from anybody with dashcam or ring doorbell footage.
