Olde Farm Holiday Cottages in Banham is a local success story

A holiday cottage business that only opened in July, has been awarded four-star and four-star Gold by the Quality in Tourism Board.

Olde Farm in Banham was taken over in March by Dalene and Alex Loyd and for Dalene, it fulfilled a life-long dream.

“We always wanted to run a holiday letting business and we loved Norfolk having spent a lot of time there and when we saw Olde Farm, we fell in love with it,” she said.

When they purchased the cottages in March a lot of renovation needed completing, and the couple used local businesses.

“ If you’ve got good businesses on your door step, why use a big chain?

“We are over the moon with how it has gone.”
