Norfolk Police officer taken to hospital with serious injuries after Diss roundabout collision




A police officer was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision at a town’s mini roundabout at the weekend

Officers from Norfolk Police were called to Stanley Road, in Diss, at 8.35pm on Saturday, following reports that there had been an incident involving a police car.

A Norfolk Constabulary spokeswoman said an officer suffered serious injuries due to the collision and was taken to hospital.

They had since been discharged and the other driver was unharmed.

The incident was resolved at around 11.30pm.
