The Beaky’s kitchen is back in business.

Just weeks after reopening the Beaconsfield Arms at Occold, Peter McSloy and his partner Leigh Linnett have appointed Jai Eells, previously of Thornham Magna Four Horseshoes and the Hoxne Swan, as head chef and started serving meals last night.

Jai, 21, promises a menu of “good pub grub, all home-cooked”.
