MEMORY LANE: Who was making a splash at the Festival’s raft race?

Do you recognise anyone in this photo who was making a splash at a Diss Festival from years gone by?

This image was found in the Diss Express office, just opposite the Mere, in Mere Street – but there was no other information with it.

It is not known who is in the raft – although the markings on the craft suggest it could have been a police team taking part in the raft race.
