Man airlifted to hospital following crash involving two cars near Eye

Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that took place just outside Eye.
It happened at about 1.15pm on Saturday 8 June between a green VW Passat and a black Peugeot 207 on the B1117 Yaxley Road where the two vehicles were in collision.
A man in his 20s who was driving the VW Passat was taken to Addenbrooke’s hospital for treatment to injuries to his head and back.
