Diss collision causes man to be airlifted to hospital with leg injuries as police close road

A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital with leg injuries after being involved in a collision with a car outside Aldi on Victoria Road.

The incident led to police closing the road at 11.55am while ambulance crews treated the motorcyclist.

The East Anglian Air Ambulance also attended and one patient was transported by air ambulance to Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.

The driver of the car was not injured and police reopened the road at 1.25pm.
