A man has been charged following an incident in St Nicholas Street, Diss, last week




A man has been charged following an incident in Diss town centre last week.

The incident took place on St Nicholas Street at approximately 3pm on Thursday June 12 when three people were involved in an altercation and one man was seen holding a knife.

No one was injured.

Marley Rodgers,18, of Lime Tree Avenue, Long Stratton has been charged with possession of a bladed article, possession of a Class C controlled substance, and a public order offence.

He was released on bail with conditions, and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on July 30.
