LETTER - ‘Arrival of Wetherspoons should wake up other Diss establishments’

I look forward to Wetherspoons coming to Diss.

My experience of this pub chain in London and other cities and towns has shown they consistently provide an excellent range of beers and reliable food at reasonable prices in a safe and friendly environment. I will continue to frequent my usual haunts in the town with the same frequency for the unique character and entertainment they provide.

The arrival of Wetherspoons should be a wake-up call to those establishments that think that sub-standard facilities overseen by rude and unwelcoming staff are acceptable.
