Golf equipment among items taken in Eye burglary
Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary that took place in Eye.
It happened at some point between 11.30pm on Tuesday, May 26, and 5.30am on Wednesday, May 27, at a property in Broad Street.
The suspect/s entered premises through an insecure rear door and stole a Motocaddy-branded golf bag and a set of Wilson-branded golf clubs.
The bag also contained a black, Regatta-branded waterproof jacket, a pair of black, regatta-branded trousers and a membership disc for Diss Golf Club.
Enquiries are on-going and anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour or has knowledge of the incident should contact Suffolk Police, quoting crime reference 37/28925/20.
