Fire crews called to smoke-logged property in Attleborough

Fire crews were called to a smoke-logged building in Attleborough yesterday afternoon.

It happened in High Street at about 4.09pm.

The property had become smoke-logged by an adjacent bonfire.

Crews from Attleborough and Wymondham had the incident under control by 4.46pm.

Firefighters used breathing apparatus, main and hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and a fan to ventilate smoke from the property.

No one was reported to have been hurt in the incident.
