Diss park cordoned off as police investigation gets under way
A police investigation is underway and a section of Diss park was cordoned off to the public this morning
Forensics were also at the site and a number of police vehicles on the scene.
The section of the park included an area where a tent has been pitched in recent weeks.
The camper, a man believed to be in his 30s, has been living at the park, in a tent covered with graffiti slogans, after being moved on from from grassland, next to retirement homes in Thomas Manning Road.
Legal action was taken by the Saffron Trust last Friday to force the man to move
Diss town council and police had been in discussions after the man's relocation to the park.
The park remains open to the public.
The park had been hosting its weekly Sunday car boot sale as the police investigation began.
