Child in critical condition after being found unresponsive at Wymondham home




A police cordon has been removed from a property in Wymondham after a child was found unresponsive at home by family members yesterday (Sunday, April 6).

Officers were called to Rugby Way by the East of England Ambulance Service just before 8.40pm.

A boy received medical treatment at the scene, before being taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and then transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.

He remains in a critical condition in hospital.

Inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident, however, it’s not being treated as suspicious.
