Car found as search for missing man Edward Osborne, of Framlingham, continues
A car has been found in a search for a man who has been reported missing three days ago.
Police have confirmed a blue Skoda belonging to Edward Osborne has been found in the Gainsborough area of Ipswich by a member of public this morning.
The 43-year-old, of Framlingham, was last heard from around 5.30pm on Tuesday and was reported as missing later that evening.
Officer have been conducting searches around River Orwell and surrounding coastline, with the help from coastguard and Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue (SulSAR).
Mr Osborne is white, about 6ft, with a slim build and has a large tattoo of a raven on his upper right arm.
He is believed to be wearing a blue padded coat, a black hoodie with orange writing on the front, blue jeans, black and white converse-style trainers and a black woollen hat.
Anyone who may have seen Edward, or knows of his current whereabouts, is urged to call police quoting CAD 361 of January 14.
