The A140 at Scole has been blocked southbound after two cars were involved in a collision.
It happened at the A1066 junction at around 3.30pm and involved a Volkswagen Caddy and a Vauxhall.
A spokesperson for the police said the incident was ongoing and recovery had been called to deal with the vehicles.
