WARTS’ hit the stage again this year with another musical fantasy, King Grunt’s Cake, delightful for all ages.

Written by children’s author Julia Donaldson, King Grunt’s Cake includes all the enjoyable elements of pantomime with lovable characters, spectacular special effects and catchy songs.

King Grunt is celebrating his 88th birthday when his cake is ruined by evil royal chef Grease. With a happy ending for all, the show is filled with true pantomime fun.

Performances will take place at Botesdale Village from Thursday, December 10 to Saturday, December 12. Evening shows start at 7:30pm, with a special matinee performance at 2:30pm on Saturday. Ticket prices are £8 for adults and £5 for under 16s and available from Wortham Post Office, Redgrave shop, Hilltop Hardware or call 01379 687580. Characters will be at Diss Publishing on Saturday 5th December between 10am and 1pm.
