Trio retell A Christmas Carol in Metfield

A comedy trio is set to grace the stage at Metfield Village Hall with their own unique, humorous version Charles Dickens’ classic seasonal story, A Christmas Carol, on Monday evening.

Three Half Pints, in partnership with Creative Arts East plus funding by Arts Council England and Mid Suffolk District Council, will perform a original slapstick re-imagining of the story, in which the curmudgeonly Scrooge learns the value of Christmas after he is visited by three ghosts. Publicity for the production states: “Expect to recognise the story, and chuckle along as this talented trio dazzle and get it wrong at every single turn. It’ll be silly, it’ll be funny, it’s a show for all the family.”

The show will commence at the hall on Monday at 7.30pm.
