Diss Town sign Aaron Attree from Norwich CEYMS and East Harling promotion winner Kieran Brown

LEARN MOREDiss Town managers Mark Sutcliffe and Matt Coote have strengthened their defensive and attacking options ahead of their first pre-season friendly by completing two more signings.
Aaron Attree, the younger brother of recently returned striker Jordan, can play in either midfield or the forward positions.
Last season saw him start the season with Sheringham, who went on to win Diss’ Thurlow Nunn League First Division North. He started the first four games, scoring one goal.
Attree then moved on to lower-league Norwich CEYMS where he went on to make 20 appearances (13 starts), scoring three times.
A post on Diss’ Twitter account said he had spent much of his youth with Wroxham before playing in the USA for four years.
“With bags of quality and power in the forward positions he will undoubtedly strengthen the squad,” it added.
Left sided full-back Kieran Brown has also joined the club having achieved promotion from Fosters Solicitors Anglian Combination Division One last term.
Brown made 20 appearances (19 starts) and scored one goal two divisions down from Diss’ level.
“His attitude, desire, leadership and overall quality with strengthen the competition for places at the back,” the club posted.
They add to the additions of Jordan Attree and former Mulbarton Wanderers midfielder Ben Jones, bringing the total to four since the end of the 2021/22 campaign which saw Diss finish a disappointing 13th.
Sutcliffe told last week's Express there could be as many as seven new faces come the start of the season which kicks off on July 30.
Diss are set to return to action in their first pre-season friendly on Saturday when they host lower-league Scole United (1pm).
