The 14-year-old won all four of her contests, while her father Lloyd emulated his daughter with four fine wins in the Masters section, with son Rory Southgate celebrating his 17th birthday with a bronze medal.

Earlier in the month at the East Anglian Fours, Eden Southgate, 14, took gold while fighting in the adult section at -48k with eight-year-old sister Nell and younger brother Lennon, 10, taking silver in their respective groups.

Club member Georgina Raven, 12, carved out a bronze and there was a welcome return after an eight-month absence from competing for Reece Oates,10, who took silver.

Eight-year-old Ryan Oates-Moore, meanwhile, came away with a silver.
