Diss Town to host Gorleston and Harleston Town to travel to Watton United in Norfolk Hire Senior Cup quarter-final

Diss Town and Harleston Town have found out their Norfolk Hire Senior Cup quarter-final opponents.

The Tangerines will host Pitching In Isthmian League North Division side Gorleston at Brewers Green Lane, while the Magpies face a trip to Fosters Solicitors Anglian Combination Division One outfit Watton United.

Garth Good’s side booked their place in the last eight of the competition with a 3-2 victory over Thetford Town, who ply their trade in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division, last week.

Danny Crow’s Magpies saw off Swaffham Town 2-0 last night to earn their spot in the quarter-final.

Elsewhere in the competition, Norwich City Under-21s will play host to King’s Lynn Under-21s and Downham Town will travel to Wroxham.

The ties are to be played on or around Saturday March 9.
