Thirty medals for Diss Otters at the Warwick Thompson Memorial Gala in Thetford

Diss Otters returned from the recent Warwick Thompson Memorial Gala with a haul of 30 medals.

A squad of 22 Diss swimmers made the trip to Thetford’s Waterworld, where they combined for a total of 116 individual swims.

Eighty-two top eight swims were achieved, and from that the swimmers brought home six golds, 12 silvers and 12 bronzes.

The Otters hit the water next when a squad of more than 20 swimmers are set to take part in a two-day gala at the London Olympics Aquatic Centre on the weekend of March 7/8.
