Harleston Town sign striker Ryan Swift after Diss Town stint

Ryan Swift has followed Matt Cook and Max Lane in swapping Diss Town for Harleston Town.

After scoring 21 goals for UEA during their Hadley & Ottaway Anglian Combination Division One title winning campaign of 2018/19, the striker joined Diss in November of last year.

He went on to find the back of the net six times in 14 appearances for a Tangerines side that was managed by Jon Abbott, who has since been appointed the joint boss of Harleston.

And the pair have now been reunited at the Recreation Ground ahead of the 2020/21 season getting under way.

Meanwhile, Harleston are also on the hunt for a new manager to take charge of their reserve team.

The second string will be playing in Division Four of the Anglian Combination League next term.
