Weather warnings in place as wind and rain sweeps across south Norfolk
Met Office weather warnings are in place for south Norfolk as wind and rain batters the county.
The yellow warnings have been in place all day with river levels on the Thet and Waveney having risen significantly over the course of the afternoon.
No flood warnings are in place yet, although heavy rain is forecast to continue until 9pm today, with more expected in the Diss area tomorrow afternoon.
Large areas of standing water have also been reported on roads around the Attleborough region and motorists are advised to drive accordingly.
Norfolk Police advice says: "If you have a journey to make be aware that there may be standing water and leave extra time for your journey. Also ensure your lights are switched on so you are completely visible."
