Pictures of the Old Buckenham airshow

“If only ...” said Old Buckenham airfield manager Matt Wilkins after the weekend air show.

“If only the heatwave had lasted two more days or Monday’s weather system had arrived 24 hours earlier.”

As it was, Norfolk’s only surviving airshow had to compete against two days of rain and, on Sunday, a mist which had not shown up in any weather forecast, said Mr Wilkins.
