Warning after cash stolen during walk in burglary in Diss

Police are urging people to be vigilant after a burglary in Diss last week.

It happened between 11.15am on Wednesday, March 23 and 10.30am the following day in Egremont Road.

It is thought an unknown number of suspects entered the property via an insecure front door and stole a black handbag and purse, containing about £100 in cash.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything out of the ordinary in the area between the times stated.
