Walkway confirmed for Camden Rocks Festival after public vote
Redgrave rockers Walkway will join some of the biggest acts of the genre at a festival in London later this month after winning a public vote.
The four-piece classic rock band, formed in 2006 and comprising James Ready, Chris Ready, Alex Rosedale and Joe Evans, will take to the stage at Camden Rocks on Saturday, May 30.
Skindred, Funeral for a Friend, Modestep, Ginger Wildheart and New Model Army are among those already confirmed.
Walkway, one of 50 shortlisted bands from around the country in the vote, will perform at the Jazz Cafe at 12pm.
Band manager Michael Ready told the Diss Express: “There is some biggish names there, and the Jazz Cafe has had Amy Winehouse and Biffy Clyro play, to name but a few.
“Little Redgrave does not have as many people as big London (to vote) but it shows there are a lot of fans around the country supporting the band.”
