Lion Road, Palgrave, to be closed for five nights for Suffolk Highways work




A village road is set to be closed over five nights next week.

Lion Road in Palgrave, which currently has temporary traffic lights up due to County Broadband work until October 7, will then be shut between 8pm and 4am from that day until Saturday, October 12.

Due to the overnight work, Suffolk Highways has instructed the removal of any cars parked along the road.

There is a traffic diversion for the closure – Rose Lane, Upper Rose Lane, Lower Rose Lane, A1066, Stuston Road, A143 and back the other way.
