Mill Lane in Thorpe Abbotts set to be closed in £7,000 roadworks




A village lane will be closed for two days as work costing more than £7,000 will take place.

Mill Lane in Thorpe Abbotts will be closed from April 22 to 24 as the carriageway will be worked on.

Access to properties within the road will be maintained from one end of the closure at all times.

A signed diversion route – along Vaunces Lane, Langmere Road, Cuttings Road, Back Road, and Mill Lane – will be set up.

The work, which will cost £7,650 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community and Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
