VIDEO NORFOLK NEWS: Giant fire in the heart of Great Yarmouth this morning

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a significant fire at a business premises in the Great Yarmouth area.

Police, fire and ambulance were called to Regent Superbowl in Regent Road in the town at around 3.20am today Friday 5 August 2016.

A cordon has been put in place and number of nearby properties have been evacuated as a matter of precaution.

Road closures have been made in areas including Nelson Road Central, St Nicholas Road and Trafalgar Road.

The closures are expected to remain in place for sometime including into the rush-hour and motorists are asked to find alternative routes where possible.

It is too soon to confirm the cause of the fire which appears to be under control however there is a large amount of debris in the area. No-one has been reported injured at this time
