UPDATED: Man charged with sex assaults involving a living animal following Redenhall incident




A man has been charged in connection with a horse attack in Redenhall.

It follows an incident at farm stables off Green Lane on Thursday, August 6, where a horse was attacked suffering wounds which required veterinary treatment.

31-year-old Alan Blackman, of no fixed address, was charged with sex assaults involving a living animal and was remanded in custody and appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning.

Blackman did not enter a plea before magistrates in Norwich and he was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on September 7.
