Arsonist torches two cars in Rickinghall, near Diss

Two cars parked behind a house were deliberately set on fire in a Suffolk village.

A suspect pulled up in a black saloon vehicle next to the victim’s address in The Chestnuts, Rickinghall, just before 1am on Friday and walked to the back of the property setting fire to a grey Ford Focus and a red Ford Fiesta, next to the garden wall.

The suspect then left the scene. It is likely, said Suffolk Police, that the suspect would have some burns injuries.
