Harry Hill and David Burville, from BBC show The Repair Shop, come to Diss Organ Festival

Music was in the air as an organ festival made a triumphant return last weekend, with a few TV personalities thrown in.

Diss Organ Festival saw more than 50 musical machines on the streets of the town on Sunday.

The festival, which had its first outing in 2017, proved something of a celebrity magnet, with comedian Harry Hill popping by after performing a show in Bury St Edmunds on Saturday.

He was not the only TV star enjoying the day, with David Burville, from the BBC’s The Repair Shop, also in attendance.

Organiser Jonny Ling, from the Grange Musical Collection in Palgrave, said the day was a joy.

“It went really well and was so well supported by organ owners, societies and the public, which was great,” he said.
